This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, air conditioning, and in-room breakfast. The staff even helped me with insect bites during my first stay. I always come back for the excellent service. I’ll return for Christmas!

My solo stay in the Superior Double or Twin Room was really nice. The room was functional and had these gorgeous frescoed ceilings that were a real standout. It was warm and cozy, especially with the heating working really well. The bathroom was well-maintained too. It’s just a bit of a trek to major attractions like the Duomo, which got a little tiring after a few days. WiFi was okay, but sometimes slow for video calls.

We loved the charming atmosphere of this well-maintained historic building, complete with stunning frescoed ceilings that truly enhanced our stay. The location is a peaceful retreat just a short stroll from the city center and the iconic Duomo, making it convenient for sightseeing. The breakfast was a delightful experience with a great variety of pastries and quality options that catered to every taste.
One downside was the small, somewhat tricky lift, especially when handling luggage.

the elevator was super tiny,, which kinda made moving our bags a hassle. on the bright side, loved the charming frescoed ceilings and the balcony view. breakfast was pretty solid too with a variety of options!

It was just an ideal choice for a hurried visit in Florence with good value considering the price it charged. The old-school elevator added a unique charm even though it was a bit tricky with larger luggage. Make sure to bring your key card when leaving the room to avoid any mix-ups with housekeeping.

We enjoyed our stay with four young kids, especially because the breakfast had a great variety. A nice 5-minute walk took us to see the Duomo, which was a big hit with the family. The staff was super friendly and helped us feel right at home.
For dads, it would be great if the reception hours were longer.

Warm hospitality from the staff made for a lovely stay, complemented by the beautifully frescoed ceilings that added a unique charm to the room. The hotel is tucked away from the busy center, allowing for a peaceful atmosphere, yet still just a short walk to main attractions. However, navigating the old elevator and the initial confusion about accessing the hotel was a bit tricky, especially with luggage. Despite these minor issues, the homemade bread served at breakfast was a delightful highlight.

The lounge area was perfect for unwinding after a long day, and the breakfast spread was a delightful start to each morning. Just a small note, the elevator could be tricky with larger bags, but it didn't take away from our wonderful experience. 😊
